Shannon Feltus from Urban Farm Foods will demonstrate how to create a balanced assortment of flavors and textures, pairing meats and cheeses with complementary condiments, fruits, nuts, and spreads. She'll finish off the edible aesthetics by incorporating artistic garnishes and edible flowers.

At the end of class each participant will get to take home a charcuterie starter kit, a selection of samples from class to inspire you to apply what you've learned and build your own board.
